It is with great sadness that the Canadian County Board learned of the passing of Henry Grimes at the age of 92.
Henry moved out to Canada in 1956 and had been a strong supporter of the GAA here since the day he landed. A long standing member of the Toronto Gaels club, Henry was out at Centennial Park each and every Sunday supporting the Gaels, and GAA in the city, right up to the Championship match of last season. He was presented with the senior merit award by the Toronto GAA board in 2011.
The Canadian County Board expresses it's deepest sympathies to Henry's family, and to all with the Toronto Gaels club.
