Please be advised and reminded that as per Canadian County Board Bye Law #20, all Competitions, Tournaments and Challenge games must be sanctioned and approved by the Canadian County Board, the facilities to be used for any of these events also requires the approval of the County Board, and a permit for use of the facility must be obtained from the administrator in control of the facility, e.g. Municipality or School Board etc. The exact same rules and regulations apply to practice and training facilities. Games, practices, training and events that do not have the prior approval of the County Board, and or the use of a facility without having first obtained a permit, shall be deemed a “Non-Sanctioned Event” and as such will not be covered by insurance policies issued to the Canadian County Board.
