MOTIONS

The Canadian County Board submitted the following motion to the County Convention in accordance with Official Guide 2014 Rule 3.14.

Bye law #18. Player Transfers. 


18.1        In Accordance with Rule 6.11, (d), (i), T.O. 2013 

A player who remains permanently (i.e. beyond one playing season in the Jurisdiction of the Canadian County Board shall be eligible to obtain an Inter County Transfer. Application for such Transfer shall be lodged in Croke Park.

Divisional Committees shall consider requests for Transfers between Clubs within the Division, and make recommendations to the Canadian County Board whose decision shall be final.

Requests for Inter-Divisional Transfers shall be considered by the Canadian County Board whose decision shall be final

Inter County Transfers from Clubs in the North American, New York, or Overseas Boards to Clubs in the Canadian Board may only be granted by C.L.G.  when submitted on the relevant Form. Deadline for such a Transfer shall be July 1st in any year.

An application for a Transfer between Clubs of the same Divisional Board shall be lodged with the Divisional Board Secretary on/or before May 31st in any year and a recommendation by the same Divisional Board must be submitted to the Canadian County Board for final approval.

An application for a transfer between Clubs in different Divisional Boards must be submitted to the Canadian County Board Secretary on/or before May 31st in any year for approval.

Applications for all transfers between Clubs under the jurisdiction of the Canadian County Board must be made on an official transfer form which has been prepared by the Canadian County Board.
